ABOUT Zuhura Odhiambo is a leading expert in Communications, Market Strategy, Data Analytics and Organization development. She is currently the Founder and CEO of New Revenue Solutions Africa, a prolific revenue generating company which enables organizations accelerate profitable revenue through the use of data, strategy and commercial development. Her experience in the media sector spans over 10 years at the Nation Media Group, Capital Group and CNBC as a Commercial Director. Her desire is to see businesses develop winning strategies, generate multiple income streams and nurture strong brands. Over the years she has enabled companies to turnaround in East Africa through enhanced consumer experience and increase of revenue for sustainability. She has led previously the Club 30% East Africa that advocates for gender diversity in boards where her work with Nairobi Securities Exchange has seen various milestones being achieved including legislating that women executives attain a minimum of 30% director roles in listed boards. She is also the Chair of the Events Management Association of Kenya (EMAK) Board,She is also the Chair of the KEPSA GBV and Mental health Sub Sector Board,Kenya Open Golf Board among others. She is also a member of the following associations: Women Corporate Directors (WCD), MSK (Marketing Society of Kenya), PRSK and CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing). ABOUT Michael Ogillo is a graduate of MBA, Strategic Management and BCOM Marketing both from the University of Nairobi, and Diploma in Sales & Marketing (ICM). Michael is a motivated professional with leadership proficiency developed over a period of 17 years in the Marketing and Corporate communication field. This has been in four different sectors including manufacturing, Non-governmental organizations, regional development and currently publishing. Besides being a good team player skilled in building effective and productive working relationships, he believes his experience gathered in management and having been a member of MSK for more than 14 years, as well as his negotiation, mobilization and networking skills, makes him a valuable addition to the MSK Council. Michael is currently working at the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation as General Manager, Marketing & Corporate Communication.

JULIAH SUNGU
ABOUT Juliah is a highly skilled communications practitioner with extensive experience in peace, conflict management, and diplomacy. She is currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Communications and Marketing at the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) in Kenya, a position she has held since July 2017. In 2018 to 2021 she acted as the deputy director Corporate Communications and Marketing before resuming her initial title as the manager. In this role, Juliah is responsible for developing and implementing NHIF’s communication and marketing strategies, managing media relations, and promoting the organization’s brand to the public. She has played a key role in enhancing NHIF’s communication and marketing efforts, which has resulted in improved stakeholder engagement and increased public awareness of NHIF’s services and programs. Also served as a Media and Communications Officer for the Kenya Broadcasting Corporationon, where she was responsible for editing and directing of news during prime time. Juliah holds a Master’s Degree in International Conflict Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and from the same university. She is also a certified mediator and conflict resolution expert, with a wealth of experience in promoting peaceful coexistence and conflict resolution in various contexts. With these skills she is a good public speaker in regards to peace and conflict management. Currently she is persuing her PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies at the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She lectures Masters students on Peace in the same university. She has done and published a paper internationally on “ THE JUDICIAL APPROACH AS THE LONGEST APPROACH TO CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN KENYA. “

Before joining CM.Com, Steve worked at Telkom Kenya Limited as a Regional Business Lead where he successfully implemented and drove the sales strategy and action plans for the sales and distribution of Telkom products and services to county governments, public institutions, Large Corporates, NGOs & Social Enterprises, and SMEs. ABOUT Dr. Lydia Mwai is a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is a Lecturer at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT), where she teaches Marketing and Management courses, and also heads the Marketing Strategy Implementation department at the university. Dr. Mwai holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Nairobi, an MBA in Marketing from Kenyatta University, and a BED (ARTS) from Kenyatta University. She is a committed member of the Marketing Society of Kenya and is passionate about promoting best practices, ethical standards, and social responsibility in marketing. Dr. Mwai is also dedicated to mentoring and training the next generation of marketing professionals.
