Ms. Mukui Mbaluka has over 10 years experience as an accomplished marketing professional in the Publishing industry with a bias in Digital Marketing, Marketing Research, Planning Campaigns, Customer Relations and Marketing Communication.

Ms. Mukui Mbaluka holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management from The Management University of Africa and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Daystar University.

Ms. Mbaluka is a Trustee of the Kenya Literature Bureau Staff and Benefits Scheme certified by Humber College, Canada. Ms. Mbaluka is a Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and is certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards and a champion of ISO 270001:2013, the International Standard for Information Security.
