I am a high-energy, results-oriented leader with a passion for entrepreneurship and customer-centricity. As an accomplished executive, I have a talent for inspiring the best in people, with a belief that change is a constant in life. I have a proven track record in the telecom, mobile money, cloud, and software industries, as well as a customer-focused approach to management with over 15 years of experience in sales, trade marketing and product development. My focus is on growing market share and establishing strong commercial partnerships. I can manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments and am known for my meticulous leadership style and strategic planning abilities. With a comprehensive understanding of both management and leadership, I am confident in my ability to drive success for any organization.

I am currently a Channel Partner Manager for Sub-Sahara Africa at CM.Com, where I develop and implement market expansion strategy through partnerships, wholesale, and joint businesses to grow a robust and predictable revenue stream, promote joint technology offerings, and execute co-marketing activities. Before this, I worked as a Regional Business Lead at Telkom Kenya Limited, where I implemented and drove sales strategy and action plans for the sales and distribution of Telkom products and services to county governments, public institutions, Large Corporates, NGOs & Social Enterprises, and SMEs. I also served as Head of Post-paid at Airtel Kenya, where I was responsible for developing the Post-paid Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy for both Consumer & Enterprise Business Units,  I served as Regional Sales Manager-SME & Channels at Safaricom PLC, where I developed and managed Safaricom business partners (SBP), Enterprise dealers, and High-value customers (HVC), within the Small, Medium Enterprises under Safaricom Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) through ensuring execution of account development plans for the channels under my region

I hold a bachelor’s degree in education science from Egerton University, an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University, and a diploma in Marketing Management from The Kenya Institute of Management. I have also completed executive education in management development at Strathmore Business School and I hold several certifications in finance, project management, sales, and account management.


As a candidate for the position of Full Members Representative, my manifesto centres on championing for the interests of the society’s full members.

I will prioritize enhancing members’ value proposition through:

  1. Continuous professional development programs
  2. Networking opportunities, and
  3. Member recognition initiatives.

I believe that the Marketing Society of Kenya can play a crucial role in advocating for marketing as a strategic function that contributes to business growth and sustainability. Therefore, I will work towards positioning the society as the thought leader in marketing by providing industry insights, thought-provoking content, and cutting-edge research. I will promote diversity and inclusivity within the society by actively engaging and encouraging the participation of women, youth, and people from diverse backgrounds. Through collaboration with stakeholders and strategic partnerships, I aim to create value for the society’s members and contribute to the growth and success of the marketing profession in Kenya.
