MSK is in the process of attaining a charter that will enable the society and its members are anchored in legislation

Once the society acquires a charter, we shall be able to provide better structures in the areas of certification in compliance with the national qualifications framework, implement a practising certificate and institute disciplinarymechanisms for breach of professional standards of the code of ethics through the advertiser’s code.

Draft documents are in place and plans are already underway to have a series of charter stakeholder forums during which we will invite our members and key industry stakeholders.

The first stakeholder forum is scheduled for this month February 2018 and we urge all members: corporate and individual to be part of this great milestone by attending the stakeholder forums and sharing thoughts/comments in regards to the MSK charter.
