Zuhura Odhiambo is a leading expert in Communications, Market Strategy, Data Analytics and Organization development. She is currently the Founder and CEO of New Revenue Solutions Africa, a prolific revenue generating company which enables organizations accelerate profitable revenue through the use of data, strategy and commercial development. Her experience in the media sector spans over 10 years at the Nation Media Group, Capital Group and CNBC as a Commercial Director.
Her desire is to see businesses develop winning strategies, generate multiple income streams and nurture strong brands. Over the years she has enabled companies to turnaround in East Africa through enhanced consumer experience and increase of revenue for sustainability.
She has led previously the Club 30% East Africa that advocates for gender diversity in boards where her work with Nairobi Securities Exchange has seen various milestones being achieved including legislating that women executives attain a minimum of 30% director roles in listed boards. She is also the Chair of the Events Management Association of Kenya (EMAK) Board,She is also the Chair of the KEPSA GBV and Mental health Sub Sector Board,Kenya Open Golf Board among others.
She is also a member of the following associations: Women Corporate Directors (WCD), MSK (Marketing Society of Kenya), PRSK and CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing). She is a co-founder and Director of Cocoa by Design an event- management firm.

Currently, Fred serves as the Managing Director at Syngenta East Africa.
Jackson Ilasemwa Gevera is a highly experienced and accomplished marketing executive with over a decade of experience in driving growth and development in various sectors. He is an exceptional leader and strategist with advanced knowledge of modern business trends and technological developments. Jackson is a proven versatile and courteous leader with the ability to apply his expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, business growth, brand management and promotion, and stakeholder and media engagement in an advisory capacity based on precision, fairness, quality, inclusiveness and morale enhancement.
Jackson has successfully led numerous projects including the restructuring of Imarika Sacco’s marketing department with a focus on business growth strategy, field operations, exhibitions, media management and product development. He was also instrumental in the establishment of a call centre, a closed account management department and e-channel management. In addition, he played a key role in the construction of a seven-storey Head Office Block for Imarika Sacco and in the acquisition and implementation of the new core banking system, call centre management and e-channels usage management.
As a member of the Imarika Foundation Project Committee and Programme Officer, Jackson was instrumental in Imarika’s social investment initiative. He has also been a team leader and project team member for various other projects, including the identification, planning and promotion of Imarika Sacco branches in Mombasa and Mpeketoni, as well as ICT solutions offering technology-based products to members.
Jackson’s achievements, awards and recognitions are as a result of his exceptional involvement in various organisations. He has been a board member of public schools and private companies, a development trainer and instructor, and a team leader for the Sector Business Growth Manager Forum. In addition, Imarika Sacco has received several awards under Jackson’s leadership, including Best SACCO and Best Microfinance Institution, Best Department and Best Organisation in Concern for the Community.

Nesbit Ochieng Odhiambo is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, customer experience and stakeholder engagement across the public and private sectors.
He currently serves as the Principal Marketing Officer at NHC, where he supports the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, oversees market research initiatives, strengthens customer relationship management and enhances awareness of institutional products and services.
Previously, Mr. Odhiambo held senior roles at Homes Universal Group and Homes Kenya Magazine & Kenya Homes Expo, where he led integrated marketing campaigns, managed marketing portfolios and coordinated largest industry exhibitions.
He holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Option) from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration at the University of Nairobi. He is a Full Member of the Marketing Society of Kenya and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Dr. Faraji Anduku Yatundu is a seasoned marketing scholar, practitioner, and thought leader, currently serving as a Lecturer in the School of Business & Economics and Head of Marketing at South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU). He brings a rare and powerful blend of academic excellence and hands-on industry experience to the marketing profession. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Marketing) from Kisii University, alongside a Master of Business Administration (Marketing option) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing option) from Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology.
His professional training is further strengthened by a Professional Diploma in Business Administration from the Technical University of Mombasa and a Diploma in Technical Education (Business Administration option) from the Kenya Technical Teachers College (KTTC). Additionally, he holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from the College of Insurance and a Certificate of Proficiency in Pension Business Management from Humber College. With over 19 years of progressive experience in Marketing and Sales Management, Dr. Anduku has held senior management roles across leading financial services and insurance firms, including CIC Insurance, Britam, ICEA LION Group, and Madison Group. His industry exposure has shaped his practical, results-driven approach to marketing strategy, customer engagement, and brand growth. Academically, he has over a decade of experience as an Adjunct Lecturer, having taught at University of Eldoret, Kibabii University, Masinde Muliro University, Kaimosi Friends University, and Kisii University. His teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with core focus areas in Marketing, Insurance and Research Methods
Dr. Yatundu is actively engaged in research, curriculum development, and academic leadership. He has reviewed curricula for higher learning institutions, participated in academic program reviews, attended and presented papers at local and international conferences, and published in refereed academic journals.He is a Full Member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and a member of the Utafiti Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to advancing marketing practice, research, and professional standards in Kenya.
Beyond academia, Dr. Yatundu has served on several Boards of Management, including St. Peter’s Boys Primary School (Mumias), St. Joseph’s Boys High School (Kitale), Bungoma Muslim Secondary School, and currently as Academic Chair at Friends School Kamusinga. His professional interests include marketing consultancy, business formation and growth, strategic management, and real estate development, with a strong bias toward sustainable and market-driven enterprise solutions.
